ORDER The learned Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent nos.1 to 3.
2. The petitioner seeks for a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent nos.1 to 3 to consider the representation dated 09.02.2017, vide Annexure-G.
3. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that if a reasonable time is granted, the same will be considered in accordance with Law.
4. In view of the submission made, the writ petitions are disposed off. The respondent nos.1 to 3 are directed to consider the representation dated 09.02.2017, vide Annexure-G and pass appropriate orders therein in accordance with Law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The learned Government Pleader is permitted to file memo of appearance within four weeks.
