JUDGMENT This appeal is presented by unsuccessful petitioner before the Hon’ble Single Judge in W.P.No.8078/2018, wherein he has challenged the show cause notice dated 19.01.2018. By order dated 13.04.2018, the Hon’ble Single Judge has dismissed the writ petition holding that the writ petition was premature for consideration.
2. Learned advocate for the appellant submits that the petitioner/appellant herein has submitted a reply to the show cause notice and the same is not considered by the respondents though hearing was conducted on five dates.
3. In the circumstances, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider petitioner’s reply and pass appropriate orders within an outer limit of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
This appeal is accordingly disposed of.
In view of disposal of the appeal, I.A.No.1/2018, does not survive for consideration and accordingly the same stands disposed of.
No costs.
