ORDER Learned Counsel for the petitioner is not present. However, Sri. A. Keshava Bhat, learned counsel for Respondent No.2 and learned Additional Government Advocate are present.
2. The learned counsel for Respondent No.2 submits that inspite of permission given in pursuance of the order passed in this writ petition, petitioner has not appeared for the examination in the year 2016; that therefore the petition has become infructuous.
3. Keeping in view the submission made by learned counsel for Respondent No.2, it is appropriate to hold that the writ petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
