This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief – “…. To issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction or order declaring the Proceedings Rc.No.C1/8433/1987 dated 15-10-2007 of the Executive Officer of Sri Varaha Lakshmi Narasimha Swamivari Devasthanam, Simhachalam as null and void and consequently direct the respondent in particular the Executive Officer of Sri Varaha Lakshmi Narasimha Swamivari Devasthanam, Simhachalam not to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of hutments in Ac.11.78 cents of Sy.No.275 of Adivivaram Village, Chinnagadili Mandal, Visakhapatnam District and direct the Executive Officer to execute the sale deed taking balance of consideration in favour of the petitioner Society members…”
During the course of hearing it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner may be permitted to avail the other remedies available to it including the submission of representations before the authorities for redressal of its grievance.
In view of the above reason, the writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to avail the remedies available to it including the submission of representations before the authorities. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed.
