Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sanyukta Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State.
This writ petition has been filed with the prayer that suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for ensuring fair investigation of Case Crime No. 0014 of 2019 under sections 419, 420, 431, 464, 465, 466, 467, 468, 471, 474, 477A, 506, 201, 120B IPC and 3/5 Public Property Damage Act, Police Station Kothibhar, District Maharajganj.
From the perusal of the record it reveals that the petitioner is the first informant of the above mentioned case. In case the petitioner is having any grievance with regard to the investigation of the above mentioned case, the same may be raised before respondents no. 2 and 3, who shall look into the matter so that fair and impartial investigation of the above mentioned case may be ensured within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
It is further directed that the SP/SSP, Kanpur Maharajganj Shall supervise the investigation and ensure that the same is completed speedily without any undue delay.
It is made clear that in case there is some interim order from the court of competent jurisdiction, the same shall be kept in mind while investigating the matter.
With the above direction this petition is finally disposed of.
