Sri. Sumanth L.B., Advocate for R2) This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to quash the charge sheet in Spl.C.No.128/2016 pending on the file of Addl. Sessions Judge, Hassan, for the offences P/U/S 114, 143, 147, 148, 341, 427, 324 and 302 read with 149 of IPC and Sections 3(2)(v) and 3(1)(x) of SC/ST (POA) Act.
This Criminal Petition coming on for admission, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER After arguing the matter for some time, Sri.Ashok Haranahalli, learned senior advocate for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the petition as not pressed with liberty to urge all the contentions urged in this petition before the learned Trial Judge in an application seeking discharge.
2. A memo has been filed on behalf of the petitioner and the same is placed on record. The petition is accordingly dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for.
3. In view of dismissal of main petition, I.A.No.1/2018 does not survive for consideration and the same stands disposed of.
No costs.
