In this petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner inter alia seeks for quashing the order dated 01.06.2017 (Annexure-B), whereby the Visa of Siddharth Sankar, German National was extended up to 31.05.2018. Liberty given already has come to an end by efflux of time. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this petition. The petition is devoid of merit and the same is dismissed as having become infructuous.
