...Respondents (By Sri.R.D.Renukaradhya, HCGP for R1) This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to quash the FIR in Crime NO.212/2015 dated 15.06.2015 and charge sheet in C.C.No.11511/2016 dated 03.02.2016 filed by the Cubbon Park Police, Benglauru on the file of VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru and taking of cognizance by the VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru in C.C.No.11511/2016 (Annexure A, B, C and D).
This Criminal Petition coming on for Admission, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing the matter for some time seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition since the complainant intends to withdraw the complaint filed against the petitioners.
The submission of learned counsel is placed on record.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, in the event of continuation of complaint by the complainant, the petitioners shall be at liberty to approach this Court.
In view of the dismissal of the main petition, I.A.No.1/2019 does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, the same is disposed.
