THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER Petitioner is before this Court seeking direction to respondents 1 to 5 to effect RTC entries with reference to 6 acres 20 guntas of land in Sy.No.72 of Hothanakatte, Kasaba Hobli, Shikaripura Taluk, Shivamogga District.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate. According to the petitioner, during the pendency of this proceedings RTC entries are considered in his name. However, conducting of survey is pending.
3. In that view of the matter, this Court would direct the 5th respondent – Tahsildar, Shikaripura Taluk to expedite conducting survey of the land in question with the assistance of the ADLR of Shikaripura provided, the petitioner has complied with all the requirements which are necessary for taking up of such survey work. The said exercise shall be completed within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
Learned Additional Government Advocate is permitted to file memo of appearance within two weeks from today.
