O R D E R Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner.
2. Learned High Court Government Pleader submitted the status report of the investigation stating that the investigation is completed and the Police are making all efforts to file report before the Court as early as possible.
In view of the above said submission, the petition is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court, if any adverse report is filed by the Police and if any cognizance is taken against the petitioner.
