ORDER:
The Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…. to issue any appropriate Writ, order or direction preferably a writ in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of respondent No.2 in not numbering and taking up the appeal filed by the petitioner on 24-12-2013, as intentional, illegal, arbitrary and abdication of their duties, and consequently, to direct respondent No.2 to number the appeal filed by the petitioner.”
At the hearing, Ms K.Pallavi, learned counsel representing Sri K.V.Bhanu Prasad, the learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that after the filing of this Writ Petition, respondent No.2 has numbered the appeal and gave a short adjournment for hearing the stay application. She has, therefore, submitted that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.
In the light of the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.Nos.48395 and 48396 of 2013 of 2013 are disposed of as infructuous.
