ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: “…to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in interfering with the manufacturing and sale of the petitioner Bio-products as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and without jurisdiction and further direct the respondents not to interfere with in any manner in the manufacture, sale and distribution of the petitioner’s Bio-products.”
At the hearing, Mr. G.L. Nageswar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.32858 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
