COMMON ORDER:
These company appeals arise out of two separate company applications filed before the Company Law Board, Chennai Bench, between two different companies under the management of same family members with different compositions.
After prolonged deliberations, both the parties have made a truce, albeit temporarily.
In both these appeals, separate joint memos have been filed by appellant No.2 and respondents 1 to 3. These joint memos are placed on the files of the respective appeals and the appeals are accordingly disposed of with the direction that the terms of the joint memos shall stand incorporated in this common order.
As a sequel to disposal of the appeals, Company Application Nos.583 and 584 of 2013 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
