2. H.M.Kantharaju, S/o Melappa, Aged about 25 years, R/at Bande Mutt, Kommagatta Road, Kengeri Upanagar, Bangalore – 560 060. ...Respondents (By Sri. I.S. Pramod Chandra, SPP-II for R1; R2 served and unrepresented) This Criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to quash the FIR registered by the respondent No.1 police in Cr.No.251/2013 for the offences P/U/S 336, 337, 338 and 304 of IPC and consequently quash the entire proceedings in S.C.No.341/2015 pending on the file of Prl. City Civil and S.J., Bangalore (F.T.C. – 11) against the petitioner.
This Criminal petition coming on for Admission, this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave of this court to withdraw the petition reserving liberty to seek discharge of the petitioner on such grounds available under the law.
