JUDGMENT / ORDER

ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging non implantation of the order of this Court dated 26.11.2012 passed in Writ Petition No. 23307 of 2005. The operative portion of the said order reads as under:
“ Accordingly, W.P.M.P.No. 41544 of 2012 is allowed and the respondents are directed to accept the amount of Rs.8,08,908/-, if paid by the petitioner, and on such payment, release the sanctioned plan in respect of premises No.6-3- 850/1/B, Ameerpet. If the sanctioned plan is otherwise in order, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within 30 days from the date of payment of such amount by the petitioner to the credit of the first respondent. Insofar as the extent of 71.4 square yards consumed by the road widening undertaken by the first respondent is concerned, the respondents shall take steps expeditiously to compensate the petitioner in respect of the said land, in accordance with law. In respect of any claim for damages or compensation by the petitioner or any of his family members arising out of the events leading to the writ petitioner, it is open to the petitioner and/or his family members to pursue their remedies available under law before a competent civil Court, if they are so advised and if they are still entitled to such relief. The Writpetition is disposed of accordingly without costs with the above directions. No costs.”
As regards the sanctioned plan in respect of premises No.6-3-850/1/B, Ameerpet is concerned, the Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has issued letter No.850/1 & 9/3/6/2001-2013/1221, dated 27/28.06.2014 informing the petitioner to submit a revised building plan in view of the violations mentioned in the said letter. The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks time to submit revised building plan. If the petitioner submits the revised building plan, the first respondent shall consider the same and release the sanctioned plan if it is otherwise in order, in accordance with law.
In so far as the compensation in respect of an extent of 71.4 square yards is concerned, learned Standing Counsel for the GHMC submits that the respondent authorities would take necessary steps in that regard within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The said submission of the learned Standing Counsel is taken on record.
In view of the above developments, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the Contempt Case.
The Contempt Case is closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Contempt Case shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
