ORDER In this proceedings, on 13.08.2018, learned counsel for the petitioner has reported the death of the petitioner. On that day, this Court adjourned the matter to enable the learned counsel for the petitioner to verify as to whether the cause of action would survive in this writ petition and the same was required to be furnished within one week. Till today, the same is not complied. Even, when this writ petition was listed before the Court twice i.e., on 13.06.2019 and 06.09.2019, the said clarification is not furnished .
In that view of the matter, the present writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
