ORDER Learned counsel for the contesting respondent submits that in view of the subsequent development in the suit, this Writ Petition has become infructuous since the subject Agreement to Sell is already marked in evidence as exhibit P.1.
It is open to the court below to retain certified copy of exhibit P.1 and forward the original thereof for forensic examination or the like, if need be.
Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed off. Costs made easy.
