ORDER On 18.11.2019 finally a week’s time was granted to comply with the office objections, failing which, the petition was ordered to be listed for dismissal on 26.11.2019.
2. When the case was listed on 26.11.2019, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has complied with all other office objections except filing of I.A for condonation of delay and sought two days time.
Instead of two days, a week’s time was granted and the matter was ordered to be listed on 04.12.2019.
3. The matter is listed today. Despite granting more time than what is sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the petitioner has not complied with the office objections by filing IA. Hence, the petition is dismissed for non-compliance.
