O R D E R The petitioner herein is seeking writ of mandamus to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to consider his application for regularizatoin of unauthorized cultivation of lands.
2. However, learned AGA would bring to the notice of this Court that the application of the petitioner is dismissed long back.
3. In that view of the matter, learned AGA to communicate the concerned officer to serve necessary endorsement of rejection of the application filed by the petitioner.
4. It is needless to observe that the petitioner is at liberty to take necessary steps to pursue the matter before the competent authority.
5. With such observations, Writ Petition is disposed of.
Learned AGA is permitted to file Memo of Appearance within two weeks.
