O R D E R Ag.CJ (Oral):
1. Heard. Sri V.Sreenidhi, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2-Bruhath Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) submits that respondent No.2 will consider the representations of the petitioners, copies of which are produced as Annexures - A and B within four weeks from today. The learned Counsel further submits that the BBMP will not put up any construction in the passages in the City Market and if there are any illegal constructions, the BBMP will take appropriate steps to get them removed expeditiously. The aforesaid submissions are placed on record.
2. In view of the above, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that no further order is necessary in this writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
