THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R Petitioner filed a suit for injunction wherein an application was filed seeking for temporary injunction. The Trial Court ordered emergent notice on the said application and suit summons to the defendants. Aggrieved by the same, the present petition is filed.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that no reasons are assigned while passing the impugned order. Hence, interference is called for.
3. On hearing the learned counsel, I do not find any error in the order of the Trial Court, which calls for interference by this Court. The Trial Court has ordered notice on I.A.No.1. Necessarily, the same would be considered after appearance of the parties. Hence, I find that no grounds are made out to call for interference by this Court.
Petition being devoid of merits is dismissed.
