ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioner is that respondents 1 to 5 have not registered any crime in spite of complaints filed by the petitioner on 24.04.2013 and 11.10.2013.
2. Learned standing counsel for ACB has taken notice on the previous dates of hearing and he submits today, on instructions, that the allegations against the sixth respondent with regard to disproportionate assets case are thoroughly verified and based on documentary evidence, a case in Cr.No.29/RCA-VSP/2014 under Sections 13(1)(e) read with 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act is registered on 30.11.2014 and it is under investigation.
3. In view of the above, therefore, since the crime is already registered and investigation is taken up, no further orders are called for in the writ petition.
The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
