ORDER This Review Petition is filed praying to review the order dated 21-2-2017, passed in Writ Petition No.14292 of 2009.
2. Heard learned counsels.
3. On hearing learned counsels and considering the contentions as well as the order passed under review, I’am of the view that there is an error apparent on the face of the record. Prima facie it would appear that the Tribunal has recorded certain findings. However, the same is subject to verification from the records. Hence, there is an error apparent on the face of the record. Accordingly, the Review Petition is allowed.
1) The order dated 21-2-2017, passed in Writ Petition No.14292 of 2009 is reviewed and recalled.
2) The writ petition is restored to file.
