2. The writ petition is admitted for hearing.
With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.
3. learned counsel for respondent No.3 submitted that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous on account of efflux of time as during the pendency of the petition, the respondent-Bank has already shifted its premises.
4. The aforesaid submission is taken on record.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
