THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Petitioner herein is seeking direction to the 3rd and 4th Respondents to consider his application filed in Form No.53 for grant of 20 Guntas of land in Sy.No.160, situated at Shingihalli, Vemgal Hobli, Kolar District, which according to him is pending since 06.02.1999.
2. Learned AGA for the Respondents-State would submit that since the New Committee is not constituted, his application is not taken up for consideration. It is further stated that when the New Committee is constituted, the application of petitioner would be looked into and appropriate orders will be passed therein in accordance with law.
3. Placing his submissions on record, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
Learned AGA to file Memo of Appearance within two weeks from today.
