This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondent No.1 to rescind the resolution passed on 28.5.2014 by Avalahalli Gram Panchayath pertaining to the amount fixed to pay for E-katha of Rs.10,000/- by way of demand draft as per Annexure-L at meeting proceeding dated 28.5.2014, and etc.
This petition coming on for preliminary hearing this day, the Chief Justice made the following:
ORDER Even today, none appears for the writ petitioners. No accommodation is prayed for.
2. Shrimati S.Susheela, learned additional government advocate appearing for the State respondents is present.
3. The writ petition is dismissed for default.
