This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the R-3 to R5 to consider the representations at Annex-M to P dated 16.9.2016 given by the petitioner to take stringent action against the R9 & R10 and etc.
This Writ Petition coming on for preliminary hearing in ‘B’ group this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Sri.Mohammed Rafi S.A., learned counsel for the petitioner.
Sri.Y.D.Harsha, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondent Nos.1 to 3, 5, 9 and 10.
Sri.Jamal Sait, learned counsel for Sri.B.N.Shivanna, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.6 to 8.
2. The petition is admitted for hearing. With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.
3. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks a direction to the respondent No.3 to consider the representation contained in Annexures-M to P dated 16.09.2016 submitted by the petitioner and to take suitable action in accordance with law.
4. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and in the facts of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction that suitable action on the representation submitted by the petitioner shall be taken in accordance with law by the respondent No.3 namely the Deputy Commissioner by a speaking order within six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
