THESE WRIT PETITIONS COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP, THIS DAY, THE COURT PASSED THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER The plea of the petitioner is for a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent No.2 to consider the representations dated 31.08.2015 and 19.10.2015 vide Annexures ‘H’ and ‘H1’.
2. Since there is long lapse of time, it is just and appropriate that the respondent No.2 be directed to consider the representations dated 31.08.2015 and 19.10.2015 vide Annexures ‘H’ and ‘H1’ respectively.
3. Consequently, the writ petitions are disposed off.
Respondent No.2 is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with Law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order, subject to condition that, if the representations are filed in time, authentic and all particulars are in order.
