Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent nos.1 and 2; and perused the record.
The instant petition has been filed for quashing the FIR dated 23.1.2019 registered as Case Crime No.5 of 2019, under Sections 498-A, 323, 324, 452, 504, 506, 307 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Bijnor.
The allegations made in the FIR disclose commission of cognizable offence and the victim has also suffered injures and she has been medically examined. The injury report is at page 36 of the paper book, which reveals four contusions and one incised wound. The FIR levels allegation against all the petitioners.
In view of the above, no case for quashing of the FIR or to interfere with the investigation is made out.
The petition is dismissed.
The petitioners are at liberty to apply for bail.
