JUDGMENT This appeal is against an interim order passed by the Hon’ble Single in Writ Petition No.14348 of 2017.
2. The writ petitioner, who is working as a Second Division Assistant, has been transferred from the office of the Chief Accounts Officer, Begur Sub-Division, to the office of the Executive Engineer, Byatarayanapura, Yelahanka Range.
3. Both the offices are within Bengaluru City and they are only few kilometers apart. Nevertheless, the writ petitioner approached the Hon’ble Single Judge challenging the order of transfer as per Annexure-F.
4. In our view, the Hon’ble Single Judge was right in refusing to pass an interim order. No mala fide could be established.
5. We do not find any merit in the writ appeal.
6. The writ appeal is dismissed.
7. In view of the dismissal of the writ appeal, I.A.No.II of 2017 does not survive for consideration and is, also, dismissed.
8. We make no order as to costs.
