THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R Learned Government Advocate is permitted to take notice for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2.
2. The petitioner herein is said to be Member of the Respondent No.4. According to him, he had submitted a representation to the Respondent No.2-Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies on 7.3.2019 with reference to several irregularities said to have committed by the Respondent No.3 who is President of the Respondent No.4-Society. It is also stated an enquiry is already conducted in this behalf and report is also available. However, the same is not looked into and appropriate order is not passed.
3. In this background, this Court would direct the Respondent No.2 to look into the representation of the petitioner and others with reference to complaint made against Respondent No.3 in conducting the business of the Respondent No.4 and to pass appropriate orders thereof within thirty days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
4. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of.
Learned Government Advocate to file memo of appearance within two weeks.
