O R D E R Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is arrested and the petition has become infructuous. Since the petitioner is now admitted to the District Hospital, Mangalore and requires treatment by a Private Hospital, a direction may be given to the concerned Court for expeditious disposal of his regular bail petition.
Having regard to the fact that the petition has become infructuous, same is dismissed.
In view of disposal of the main petition itself, I.A.No.1/2017 for interim bail does not survive for consideration, hence, stands rejected.
