ORDER There is no representation for the petitioner in the morning as well as in the afternoon.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has failed to comply with the office objections even after sufficient opportunity. This court had granted four weeks time on 28.02.2018 to comply with the office objections. Further, on 12.03.2019, three weeks time was granted as well as on 27.09.2019, three weeks time was granted to comply with the office objections. But, till this date, the office objections are not complied with.
3. From perusal of the order sheet, it is seen that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the petition.
Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed for non- prosecution.
