O R D E R Matter is of the year 2016, even though respondent No.2 has served, he is neither present nor his counsel.
2. Since, the petitioner has sought for direction to consider his representation dated 22.07.2016 (Annexure-B) with respect to his grievance to promote to the cadre of Group ‘C’ from Group ‘D’, having regard to the qualification acquired by the petitioner as on the date of his continued service.
3. Respondent No.2 is hereby directed to take a decision on the petitioner’s representation read with qualification stated to have been acquired by the petitioner for Group ‘C’ post. Such speaking order shall be passed and communicate to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order.
With the above observation, petition stands disposed of.
