(By Sri.R.Ashok Kumar, Advocate) … Respondent This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the respondent bank to furnish the account statement of the loan account by considering the representations at Annexure-E dated 24.12.2017 and etc.
This Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing in ‘B’ Group, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Smt.Sandhya U. Prabhu , learned counsel for the petitioner.
Sri.R.Ashok Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent.
Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter to some extent seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Banking Ombudsman with regard to his grievance.
Needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Banking Ombudsman, the complaint which may be filed by the petitioner shall be dealt with by the Banking Ombudsman expeditiously in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all necessary parties.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
