Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A.
This petition has been filed with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for doing the fair investigation of case crime No. C-404 of 2013 under section 302 IPC, P.S. Mohdpur Khala, District Barabanki.
From the perusal of the record it reveals that petitioner is first informant of the above mentioned case. In case the petitioner is having any grievance with regard to the fair investigation, the same may be raised before S.P. Barabanki, who shall look into the matter so that fair investigation of the above mentioned case may be insured.
With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
