O R D E R Petitioner seeks to challenge the notice vide Annexure ‘E’ dated 14.05.2010 in terms whereof he has also submitted his reply vide Annexure ‘F’ dated 23.03.2011. His primary contention is that notwithstanding the furnishing of a reply, no orders have been passed and the Tahsildar is causing undue hardship to him.
2. Learned Government Advocate submits that the reply will be considered in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from today. Under these circumstances, petition is disposed off.
3. The respondents are directed to consider the reply at Annexure ‘F’ furnished by the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
