J U D G M E N T The learned counsel for the appellant has filed a memo placing on record that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal because of amendment to Section 94(A)(4) of the Karnataka Land Revenue (Amendment) Act, 2018.
2. The memo is taken on record.
3. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
4. The original documents filed along with the Order XLI Rule 27 of CPC shall be returned to the appellant.
