This Writ Petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.3 in withdrawing the allotment of essential commodities to the petitioner’s fair price shop as illegal and arbitrary.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP) on instructions from respondent No.3 submitted that on the directions of the Sub- Collector, Kandukur, Prakasam District, respondent No.3 has allotted stocks to the petitioner for the month of December 2014.
In view of this subsequent event, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. The Writ Petition is accordingly closed.
As a sequel to the disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP No.45209 of 2014 filed for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
