These Writ Petitions are filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the 1st respondent - the Registrar of Societies, Ramanagaram District to conduct the fresh elections to the 3rd respondent society, according to the decision taken by him by order dated 9.4.2012 and etc.

When the matter was taken up today, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent No.1, while inviting the attention to the averments made in paragraph 15 of the objections, submitted that the writ petitions have been rendered infructuous by efflux of time. The aforesaid submission is taken on record.
Accordingly, the petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
