Heard both sides.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondents are unnecessarily harassing the petitioner and threatening him. The learned counsel for the respondents submit that respondent No.1 has complied with the order of this court and seals were removed after filing contempt case. When the officers discharge their duties as a public servant they have to follow the rules and procedure. Personal whims and fancies should not come in the way of discharge of their duties. No one should have any inimical attitude towards anybody merely because some body has approached the court.
3. Since the main writ petition is pending, it may be most appropriate to direct the first respondent not to interfere with the petitioner’s theatre till disposal of the writ petition.
4. The contempt case is closed accordingly.
5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending, shall stands closed.
