2. Since even after long lapse of time it has not been considered, it is just and appropriate to direct the second respondent to consider the same in accordance with law.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off. The Respondent No.2 is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 08.10.2002 vide Annexure-A, Annexures – B and C dated 25.10.2006 and Annexure – F dated 21.09.2016 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
