The matter is of the year 1991. A prayer for adjournment is being made on behalf of learned counsel for the revisionist. Sri A.N.Bhargava, learned counsel for the respondent is present and is opposing the prayer strongly.
A perusal of the order sheet also indicates that on the earlier occasion, after 9 years when steps were not taken on 16.10.2000 revision was dismissed against respondent no.2 for not taking steps and thereafter the revision was again dismissed in default in the year 2009 and was restored in the year 2013.
I am not inclined to pass over the matter.
The revision is dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
