Heard learned counsel for parties.
This petition has been preferred for framing directions for expeditious disposal of the suit which was instituted in 1984. Bearing in mind the fact that the suit itself had been instituted decades back coupled with the submission of the learned counsel that the defendant petitioner is a senior citizen, the Civil Judge concerned before whom Original Suit No. 97 of 1984 (Ramesh Chand and Others Vs. Badri Vishal and Others) is pending, is requested to take up the aforesaid suit for expeditious disposal and ensure that the proceedings are not adjourned except for reasonable cause shown by the parties. The Civil Judge shall also ensure that the suit is disposed of with expedition and preferably within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a duly authenticated copy of this order.
Petition stands disposed of.
