Sri Ram Sharma And 6 Ors. vs State Of U.P.& Anothers.

This petition under Section 482 Cr. P.C. has been listed in the cause list under caption 'CASES MAY HAVE BECOME INFRUCTUOUS BY EFFLUX OF TIME'.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that in this complainant case the proceedings of the case was stayed against petitioner nos. 2 & 3, father-in-law & mother-in-law. It is submitted that petitioner no.3 Smt. Raj Kumari (mother-in-law) had expired. Learned counsel prays for sometime to seek instructions in the matter.

List in the next cause list before the appropriate Court.

Till the next date of listing, proceedings against petitioner no.2 Dhaniram Sharma shall remain stayed.
