Learned Government Advocate has accepted notice on behalf of opposite parties no. 1 and 2.
Issue notice to opposite parties no. 3 and 4 returnable at an early date.
The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is an employee of the factory of which one Abdulah is owner. Electricity connection is in the name of Abdulha and not in the name of petitioner.
The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner carries weight. Accordingly, petitioner shall not be arrested in a Case Crime No.516 of 2010 under Section 135 of Indian Electricity Act at police station Sandila, District Hardoi till next date of listing or till filing of chargesheet whichever is earlier.
Four weeks' time is allowed to file counter affidavit, two weeks for rejoinder affidavit. List thereafter.
