Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Learned counsel for the respondents stated that on account of default of payment of loan amount, recovery proceedings have been initiated by the respondents.
Submission of the petitioner are that the amount sought to recover is not correct amount payable by the petitioner. However, it is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that petitioner is ready for making payment of entire dues in installments.
Keeping in view the statement in the facts and circumstances of the case, respondents No. 2 are directed to provide the statement of account of the petitioner within 15 days from today. Thereafter petitioner is directed to pay entire dues in last week of July, 2010 in three installments. However, in case of default of payment of dues, respondents shall proceed against the petitioner in accordance with law.
After making payment of entire dues by the petitioner, respondents will return the original documents of the petitioner while sanctioning the loan.
With the above observations, writ petition is finally disposed of.
