In this case, an interim order was granted on 9.3.2011. There is a mistake in the same and appellant has filed an application for correction of the same.
In place of the second bulleted sentence, the following be read :
"Suit by a co-sharer for injunction is not maintainable without there being any relief for partition."
With this observation, the application is allowed.
