This writ petition is filed against Committee of Management, Kanpur Gaushala Society, Kanpur Nagar in respect of the service grievance of the petitioner.
The respondent society appears to be a purely private society and has no trappings of state within the meaning under Article 12 of the Constitution of India. Writ petition, accordingly, will not lie against such society in respect of the petitioner's grievance.
The writ petition, accordingly, is dismissed.
