Heard Shri Bal Krishna Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Amrit Raj Chaurasia, learned AGA for the State and perused the material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to quash the F.I.R. dated 15.12.2018 registered as case crime no. 726 of 2018 under sections 302, 201, 120-B I.P.C., Police Station- Line Bazar, District- Jaunpur.
From the perusal of the record it reveals that the petitioner is the first informant of the abovementioned case. In case the petitioner is having any grievance with regard to the investigation of the abovementioned case, the same may be raised before the S.S.P. Jaunpur, who shall look into the matter so that fair and expeditious investigation of the abovementioned case may be ensured.
It is further directed that the S.S.P., Jaunpur shall supervise the investigation and ensure that the same is completed speedly without any undue delay and police report be submitted before the court concerned expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
With the above directions this petition is finally disposed of.
